  My husband had had the flu. His doctor called the his medicine last Thursday. I called two hours ahead of time to make sure they would have it ready when I came to get it (they are horrible with wait times). I showed up 3 hours later instead, (plenty of time). They told me it was never called in. So I left. My dad tried calling the next day to pay for it and pick it up for us. They told him it wasn't called in again. It's now monday. I called the clinic this morning to get them to call it in again and they assured me it WAS CALLED IN THURSDAY!! When I went to the pharmacy the older man (pharmacist) acted like he didn't want to deal with me. They open at 8:30. It was 8:40 before I was even helped. He got an attitude with me because I called him out on their lies. The techs didn't show up for work until 8:45... The same lady I dealt with ladylast week said "oh they did call it in Thursday, right after you left...". So then why could my father not get it for us Friday if they had it instead of telling him it hadn't neen called in. They are unprofessional, not very punctual, and liars. I will never use this pharmacy again. I wouldnt trust them if my life depended on it. No exaggeration! I highly recommend sending all of your scripts to Standard Drugs in Bay Springs instead! No fuss, I was in and out within 5 minutes!! Great service there!!
